Jacki’s passion for teaching led her to receiving a Masters of Elementary Education from George Mason University, which deepened her understanding of classroom management and differentiation. As a teacher at Manassas Park Elementary, Jacki pioneered the Just Dance program to inspire elementary school students to explore and learn through the art of creative movement.
Most recently, she performed within the Washington, DC metropolitan area with Gin Dance Company under the direction of Shu-Chen Cuff. With Gin Dance, Jacki had the privilege of dancing at Capital One Hall and Intersections Festival. She was a main ballet instructor at the Dance Academy of Virginia, trusted with educating newly added levels of their children’s division and academy program. Upon recently relocating to San Diego, she acquired her PBT certification and uses that knowledge of alignment and strength in her classes.
